International law

International is the term commonly used for links to the laws governing the conduct of independent nations in their relations with others. It differs from other legal systems in that it applies in particular to the provinces, not individuals. In other words, is that body of law that is made for the greater part of its principles and rules of conduct that states feel compelled to follow?

Laws relating to the functioning of international institutions or organizations, their relationships and their relations with states and individuals .Some rules of law relating to individuals and entities not -state actors such as the rights and obligations of these individuals and non-state actors are of international concern. However, the term international law can refer to three distinct legal disciplines

It includes the following specific areas of law such as contract law, maritime law, international criminal law and international humanitarian law. The private international law or conflict of laws dealing with issues, in which proceedings may be inspected, and the jurisdiction with respect to matters concerning the law or supranational, which concerns the current regional agreements where the specific feature is that the laws of nation states are unenforceable when they are contrary to international legal system.

Matter of international law and procedures, rules and principles that govern the international community developed. They were influenced by a number of legal and political theories.
